Description
The Wernerwerk high-rise is an office high-rise with a conference floor in the Siemensstadt district, Siemensdamm 50. It was built between 1928 and 1930 according to plans by the architect Hans Hertlein and the civil engineer Gerhard Mensch. The building complex is a listed building. The building was constructed in the mid-1920s using a steel skeleton construction. Due to its prominent location, the Wernerwerk buildings are considered the eastern gateway to Siemensstadt in urban terms. All windows on the 11th floor of the high-rise offer an unobstructed view of the Berlin skyline.
